Analysis of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Vocational High School Work Satisfaction

Organizational success in achieving predetermined goals is influenced by many factors. One of these factors human resources. This study aims to describe work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Vocational High School Banten Province. The research sample was permanent teachers SMK Province, with as 121 teachers. culture measured four indicators, namely autonomy tasks obtaining a mean value 3.94, results 3.96, orientation 4.22, development 3, 79. In general, according teachers' perceptions that positively perceived respondents. Based on analysis have been carried out descriptively, respondents' are follows: individual contributions organization. Work discipline can be monitored from length time worked working hours, level frequency employee permission work, attendance appears records. test show permit best explains overall teacher. Job related conditions being managed. Teacher itself measures satisfaction, promotion, supervision, workgroup, conditions. workgroup complete explain satisfaction. performance must types competency outcomes, pedagogical, personal, social, professional competence work. personality performance, followed professional, social competence, last pedagogic competence.
